Armin Schwarz, a highly respected and admired German Rally driver, has joined the ranks of the AGM Camp. With over 24 years of race experience and having competed in no less than 150 rally races, Armin is most definitely a “seasoned” veteran and a Rally Master no doubt. Having being a WORKS rally driver for many automobile manufacturers, demonstrates Armin's ability to provide important feedback to team engineers. That is truly a unique skill and one that we are fortunate to have on our side. Throughout his career he has raced in numerous vehicles including Audi, Porsche, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Peugeot, Skoda and Hyundai, in addition to the BMW and Chevy powered Baja off-road cars. Armin has competed around the world in some of the most grueling and challenging races and series that exist. The Baja 1000, Transiberian Rally, Argentina Rally and the world reknowned Dakar Rally, just to name a few. Armin is no stranger to the podium with 2 German Rally Championships and a European Championship to prove it. Armin’s fearless racing style and ability to handle a vehicle have proven him to be a world class driver and one who is definitely suited to racing the SCORE desert series. Armin’s first time out at the 2006 Baja 1000 had him in 1st place when the car was handed off after he had completed a little more than a 1/3 of the race. This is no minor feat and clearly showcases his competitive spirit and racing skillset.
